My new tent poles are stuck together. What do I do?

Sometimes during shipment the poles can be vibrated down to where they stick a little.

We recommend that you hang the end angle off the edge of something hard, like a picnic table (something you don't mind getting scratched), and pull the end piece with pliers. You will need to ram the hanging edge against that hard surface to break it loose.
