We’re a weekday business, with shipping and customer service operating Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Friday, or anytime over the weekend, will ship the following Monday, our next business day. We’re also closed on U.S. banking holidays. Our customer service hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM MST.
Orders ship via FedEx, with options for Ground, 2-Day, or Overnight delivery. Most packages arrive within 2–5 business days from the day they leave our warehouse. You can place your order anytime that’s convenient for you, and we’ll make sure it’s shipped promptly once
business hours resume.
