My truck has a tonneau cover. Can I still use a truck tent?

Because accessories and bed designs can vary, we recommend reviewing these details closely before purchasing.

To install the tent properly, you’ll need at least 2½ inches of clearance on your bed rail and about 3½ feet of unobstructed rail length. Depending on your setup, you may also need larger C-clamps for wider rails or aftermarket accessories. Be sure to measure your truck bed with the tailgate closed.

Please note that the width is more important than the exact length for the best fit.

Quick size reference:
  • Model 7211: Fits mid-size trucks (bed width 54–57 inches)
  • Models 7206 (5.5-6.8ft.) & 7218 (8ft): Fit full-size trucks (bed width 61–65 inches)
